Compton Dawes is a realtor in Dark Falls who sells a house to the Benson family.
After an accident at the plastics factory in town resulted in all the residents turning into zombies, it is revealed that Dawes, himself is a zombie. He sells homes in Dark Falls in order to attract new victims for the town members to feed on.
The Bensons manage to escape their home, seemingly destroying all the zombies in town. But as they leave, they see that Dawes is still alive and has sold a home to another family.
