Glen Lantz, played by Johnny Depp, is a character from the 1984 film A Nightmare on Elm Street. He is Nancy Thompson's boyfriend and a student at Springwood High School.
Glen does not believe that the deaths of Nancy's friends are the result of their nightmares. Glen's parents eventually cut off his contact with Nancy, thinking that she is unstable and a bad influence on him. Later that same evening Glen died as a result of Freddy Krueger in a scene where he is pulled through his bed and a large torrent of blood sprays the ceiling.
